Although the Inverter itself has always worked perfectly from the beginning, I initially had an intermittent problem with the Wifi monitoring access. The service and support that I received from Solar Shop Online with support from Delta Solar was excellent. They immediately came out to my house to investigate it and to report back to Delta Solar.
Delta Solar then found a problem within their software package, which they corrected in very quick time. Advance Solar Technology then came back immediately and loaded the new software.
The Wifi monitoring system has worked perfectly since that time.
Not as straight forward with connecting it to the cloud.
Had small issue about a month in, where the wifi wasnt connecting to the inverter so I couldnt see my production in the Delta App, contacted Delta and they promptly got me back up and running on the Delta app after a quick talk through of rebooting.
