Warranty Terms

Please contact solarshoponline’s (SSO) support via the Contact and Support for all warranty and product support requests. Please make sure your electrician has checked the unit and provided any fault codes or reasons why the product may be faulty.

Manufacturer’s may not provide warranty on items that have not been prior checked by a certified electrician.

Please check full warranty certificate with requirements as per manufacturer of your item.

In the event that you have a warranty claim in respect of a product delivered within Australia, you will be asked to return the relevant product to their Australian support centre.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between the customer (you) and Solar Shop Online, as the case may be.

SSO Australia supplies and supports warranties relating to Products which are noted as being offered and supplied by SSO this applies to purchased extended warranties only.

We recommend that you keep your original product packaging if possible. In the unlikely event that you require a warranty repair and you do not have the original packaging, you will bear the responsibility for safely packaging your product for transport to the manufacturer as in most cases they accept no liability for any damage that may occur in transit. SSO Australia provides the warranties and product support set out in these Terms and Conditions in relation to products offered and supplied by SSO Australia only.

If you’ve purchased Shop Shop Online’s Extended Warranty these conditions are provided regardless of:

1.   The identity of the manufacturer of the product;

2.   Whether or not the manufacturer has provided its own warranties or product support in relation to the product.

3.   We make no representations or warranty in relation to the existence, non-existence, validity, availability, terms or conditions of any other warranties or product support that may or may not be offered or provided by the manufacturer of the product; and

You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
