Support was great the first time but a second call some days later was infuriating when I had a setting problem the tech support guy Max was no help at all and insisted I needed a service call to solve the problem. Thank God for YouTube.
Very disappointed in Goodwe tech support, this could leed you to buy another brand when updating.

Arrived in just over a week, which is super fast for December orders! Easy to install, bought as a replacement for a recently broken down goodwe installed 5 years ago. Looks better, runs better, suprised its the exact same model 5 years apart!
