Instructions were easy to follow but the SolarX app is a bit clunky compared to say the Fronius
Prompt Service
The dongle worked well as expected. It installed easily in accordance with the documentation. Unfortunately the dongle and SolaX Cloud services did not give us the full functionality we were hoping for and had with our previous SolarEdge inverter and web service but that is not the fault or responsibility of Solar Shop Online.
Easy purchase, as described, good price and fast freight.
